Navy Strength is a UK spirits distributor for premium and independent drinks brands, and for the bars, restaurants and hotels that pour them.

What we do

We are a spirits distributor and brand builder based in the United Kingdom. We import premium spirits, distribute them into the UK on-trade, and then do the part most distributors skip — building the brand once it is listed.

• Curation — a portfolio capped at eight brands, each chosen on merit.
• On-trade sales — UK-wide distribution into bars, restaurants, hotels and members' clubs.
• Activation — tastings, staff training, guest shifts and brand events that turn listings into rate of sale.
• Reporting — monthly performance data and quarterly reviews on every account.

Who we work with

On the brand side: premium and independent spirits producers, typically premium craft at roughly £30–60 trade, through to ultra-premium collectibles at £60–200+. We work with UK producers and with international brands entering the UK market for the first time.

On the trade side: cocktail bars, restaurants, hotels, members' clubs and design-led independent venues looking for spirits their guests will not find on every other back-bar.

Where we operate

We are a UK-wide spirits distributor. Our own team works the London market directly, and through our partnership with Spirits of Anarchy we have reps on the ground across the country — London, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle and Belfast, with Edinburgh and Glasgow in recruitment.

How our model differs

Most UK distribution protects the distributor rather than the brand. We inverted it in four places:

• We buy the stock. Not consignment — our own cash, so we only win when your brand sells.
• We cap at eight brands. There is nowhere for a brand to get lost in a book of eight.
• We fund the build. A managed brand-investment budget spent on liquid to lips, activation and the right rooms.
• We report monthly. Every account and activation tracked, with quarterly reviews.
