2. Age and audience
This site concerns alcoholic drinks. It is intended for adults of legal purchasing age in their country of residence, and is aimed principally at drinks trade professionals — brand owners, buyers, bars, restaurants and hotels. Please do not use it if you are under 18. Please drink responsibly.
3. Nothing here is an offer
The site is for general information about what we do. Nothing on it is a binding offer, an invitation to treat, a guarantee of distribution or listing, a promise of results, or investment advice. Any working relationship between us takes effect only through a separate signed written agreement, and that agreement prevails over anything stated here.
Prices, availability and portfolio information are indicative and may change without notice.
4. Enquiries you send us
When you submit a form or email us, you confirm that the information you give is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that you are contacting us in a business capacity. How we handle that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Sending an enquiry does not oblige us to respond, to supply anything, or to enter into any relationship with you.
5. Sample brand study
Any sample brand study, plan or document we send you is anonymised, illustrative, and provided for your information only. It is not a forecast, a recommendation, or a commitment to achieve any particular outcome. It remains our confidential material: please do not republish or circulate it outside your organisation without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Navy Strength name, logo, written content, illustrations and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish, or use our material commercially without our written permission.
Third-party brand names, logos, product images and artwork shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission or as fair reference to a distribution relationship. Nothing here transfers any right in them to you.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation's website, we do so for information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their products, or their privacy practices.
8. Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
